I wonder how this compares to Kundalini awakening... My experience resembles more that of Internal energy rising than The Top/bottom initiation... I can describe it as a merging of some inner fire that raised within and at the same time there was a deeper connection to Earth as I felt this bulging energy entering thru my feet and legs. The heaven aspect of it was very soft as the fiery force from inside fueled by the Earth connection moved thru arms, hands and head to the heavens. For me it was very electric and vibrating in nature... My body muscles would go spasmic and twitch with each successive wave... Some of this still goes on at very dim intensity. If i sit down and feel it, it becomes stronger.

The Kundalini is much more connected to the internal energy at the base of the spine and is your own energy.It is also very much connected to the life force sexual energy.

The Initiation energy we connect with in the All-Love class is very much connected to the heart. The energy seems to flow down from a point above the crown for many and has a feeling trough the whole body like a shower of light.

There is also a flow that can be experienced coming up from the earth. The video shows how the heaven and earth energies merge in to the heart leading to the Heart Initiation.

Bioenergy models can come from different perceptions. Some will feel the energy kinaesthetically, in such a way that they can not only describe a general sense of the energy flows thru their body, but also describe in detail how every major and minor flow-stream moves thru their bodies. Others will feel the energy visually and thus they can narrate what they see the energy is doing on themselves and in others. I wonder what perception was available to develop this model.

I am more of a kinaesthetic person and rarely can see energy flows. The perception has not evolved to the point that I can detail flow streams in a way as presented here. I like this model. It is the first time some has taken the task of putting them in a dynamic (animation) way that I know of. It helps to understand the energy anatomy we manifest to incarnate in this world and allows one to be able to tell if your experience (initiation) is anything like the others are experiencing.

The few times I have experienced the Heart Chakra in a kinaesthetic way, it feels like having a charged field that emanates from my chest in the form of a balloon. I can sense some movement within it, but I cannot discern it's direction. The times I have put my hand or somebody else hand on my chest the field collapses. It is easier to feel the field in the front than in the back. The same happens with the subtle flowing energy sensation in my body. I can identify them easier on the front of the torso than on the back. So I have been working lately on the back to see if I can intensify the field on the back side of the Heart Chakra.

To this day I do not know what to do with these fields other than play moving them and making them stronger or subtler. I am not sure if these can be projected by touch or at a distance, at least in my experience. I have not noticed any changes in health (except for a bit of pain reduction), intuition, relaxation, etc. I am just aware of them and able to change them... that's all.
