BlueLotusTantra is a spiritual/senual practice that integrates into your everyday life to bring more energy and passion to all that you do. We call it “Tantra of the beloved”. It is nurturing, educational and therapeutic.
With a BlueLotusTantra Massage you experience both the amazing healing of Tantra Love and Pranic Energy while receiving the most delicious full-body massage. It is truly a trance like experience enjoyed by singles and couple.
Our Goddess’s are all thoroughly knowledgable on all aspects of Tantra, and a treatment can include a lot of discussion and teaching of the craft of Tantra. Homework can be given at the end of your treatment, for practice between sessions.
The word Tantra is Sanskrit and translates as ‘to weave or to expand’. The essence of Tantra is about expanding spreading and continually manifesting oneself in the ‘cosmic weave’ of consciousness. The practice of Tantra is founded on the mysteries of the male and female union of energies. The goal of Tantra is enlightenment expressed as the union of Shakti and Shiva.
The experience of Tantra is a physical/spiritual moment, and can be a life-changing event when it first occurs.
At BlueLotusTantra we work with individuals and couples in healing/massage treatments and or training sessions, and run weekend workshops for couples.
A healing/massage treatment can involve a number of techniques and teachings. Your Goddess will coach you in Tantric breathing techniques, and teach you how to prolong and delay orgasm while moving the sexual energy up and through the chakras to the crown. We work with a full-body approach, and teach massage stimulation strokes to expand your repertoire.
As the sexual energy moves up it heals and regenerates the organs and glands, and energizes the whole body. The Kundalini energy – depicted as a coiled serpent lying dormant at the base of the spine – is stimulated through strong, deep tissue massage over the chakras, and the energy is glided upward as you visualize the energy moving. Chakra details and information is given at this time, as needed, and colour and energy are used to unblock any distruptions in the chakras.
Our teachings are also offered as fully clothed training sessions for a single or couple. A program of 10 sessions is available, although even 2-3 can be transformational for a relationship. These trainings take you deeper into the energetics of sexual energy, with exercises for home practice.
Exercises for trust and communication help us to connect at a deeper level. Learning to ask for what you want will awaken passion in all areas of your life. These Sacred Sexuality practices balance the masculine and feminine energies within us, helping to create a deeper Spiritual Partnership both within ourselves and with our partner.
The same program is offered as a weekend workshop in group format. Some workshops are 100% clothed, the Massage & Ecstasy training weekends have semi-private massage segments that are done in the nude with your partner.
