Lesson #2

While I have had a couple of abbreviated conversations with Patrick since the first lesson, today was the first time since then that we actually had a regular one-on-one.
Patrick is teaching in Brazil. He led a class in Brasilia last weekend and is on his way to Sao Paulo today. Trying to stay on schedule with him is a challenge, but so far we are keeping up.
He told me that the classes are really going well -- the energy is coming in at a more rapid pace. Every time I speak to him, it seems the energy is expanding expotentially around him. I worry sometimes that he will become so advanced that he won't be able to teach us how he got there! ;-) If I get my frequency to elevate a fraction of what Patrick's is, I will consider myself a most fortunate being.
But here's what I mean by his being so advanced -- he demonstrated the timeline approach he has been using lately, to introduce the energy into folks who have a language barrier with him. I was amazed at how quickly the energy brought up both grief and joy for me. When I quizzed him on how exactly one goes about facilitating this process, he said, "let it flow and get out of the way." That's great, but for this student, it is a little intimidating. I know I need to just trust the energy, feel with my heart and the rest will take care of itself. I use my mind too much.
Before the timeline demo, we had talked about how best to describe the All Love experience, so that the uninitiated can understand and want to participate. I live in a relatively conservative part of the US -- the Midwest -- and helping folks "get" the benefit is paramount to my making All Love a part of my practice here. Patrick laughed and said that he tried calling it Love Seminars, but that people got the wrong idea!
I would appreaciate any insights from others who have found a good sound bite for this wonderful energy stream. When I channel my Egyptian guides, they don't speak English (LOL).

The first lesson

Patrick and I connected on Skype via computer webcam. This is like the Jetson's, man! He's a half a world away enjoying summer and I'm in a turtleneck sweater. We talked through the program details some, and then he led me through the Shenu meditation (without background music).
I love this meditation. The more I practice, the faster I can connect into my heart center. When it's live with Patrick, though, the energy just seems to pop in with more intensity. I went through some processing --my body shaking like I was having a seizure. I had my eyes closed and was fullly in the moment, yet had the presence to remark to Patrick that the particular jerky movements running through my body were new to me. I also remarked that it felt like a 220 current running through my 110 body! After the clearing had run its course, I felt the incredible peace and love afterglow. We signed off then, Patrick didn't want to interfere with the residual work of the energy.
A few hours later, I went to my regular weekly healing circle. The people remarked "what happened to you?" Many said I was glowing. I just felt peaceful and happy. The energy at the table where I and several others worked was amazing. There was some powerful healing going on! At one point, I was working on a person's mental/emotional field and the woman across the table told me afterward that she had to move out of the way because the energy coming out of my hands was too much for her!
