Now I can sit down and write. This All-Love weekend was quite an experience. Even thou I was using the Shenu Meditation with my daily practice and was starting to process my feelings, nothing could have prepared me for such a deep experience.

You could feel your most inner thoughts come out like a burst of energy. Even if you tried to control them, it was impossible to do. Such deep feelings, so painful, so difficult to accept. I'm still processing things and hope I can get to the bottom of things and release and let them go. I still have a lot of work to do but I promise you, I'll continue working with the Shenu Meditation.   For now, I surrender myself to the All-Love energy, always working from my heart.

Also to see my son, Federico Luis, join the clase was a gift all by itself. Now he know what it feels like to do energy work and will join in our practice.

Patrick and Zigor thank you so much for all your help, love and understanding. Thanks for all those wonderful, beautiful angels that came from the States and from Puerto Rico to join us in our first All-Love Workshop. Our family is growing with unconditional love.

We're already starting to plan our next All-Love Weekend around Febuary 2008. You are all invited to join us in this magnificent pure love energy.

I have noticed a big shift in my energy and in my personal sessions now. My whole body turns electric.

I also have some good news, we will have our first class in Ireland soon! we also have plans to return to the UK and Holland in June.
