I participated in the workshop offered here in San Juan, Puerto Rico last month. Patrick mentioned that sometimes participants do not experience something powerful during the workshop but in the following days the heart continues to open and the initiation can take place after the workshop has been completed. When that happens, you do not have the group present to provide support.

I have reached the conclusion that although I have been open to helping and healing others, I have been closed to receiving it. During the workshop I felt tremendous compassion for each and every brother and sister attending the course, but my heart remained close to the possibility of reaching out to others out of my own longing and needs. How can you miss something you didn't have before?

Listening almost every day to the meditation, my heart has been opening, and yesterday I experienced this overwhelming longing, this sense of need that I couldn't initially understand but finally interpreted as the initiation. The longing almost paralized me, but then I remembered the people I met, especially that wonderful group from New Jersey that danced and sang and made everybody dance to their music, and that pulled me through. I bless each and every person that was there, not only during the workshop, but also yesterday (in spirit). I am a work in progress, and this is the first workshop that I've attended where I have been reminded that we need to work in and for this planet, and where we are encouraged to be like children, expressing everything we feel and not fearing other's being judgmental.

I love you all; those that I met through the workshop in Puerto Rico and those that I have never met personally. we're one. Please use this tool to communicate; it is a wonderful way to provide support and eduation to all members of the community. Through this exchange we will all be able to spread our light so that this wonderful planet heals.
