One of the reasons I moved to New Zealand is that it will be one of the so called "safe places" during the earth changes. Many have predicted lots of changes and the date 2012 is very important for many. My feeling is we can help create our own world and if we work together we can do just that. I have had a vision for many year to create a vibrant community and the best way to create that is to put the vision out to the world.

My wife Natalie found this property and is very much what we are looking for. We are looking for like minded people to share in this vision. We are currently looking for 10-20 people who are serious about creating a community and would like to work together with us.

The location of this property is wonderful , It is one of the few places on earth where you can Ski and Surf all in the same general area.

One of the biggest pluses is it is in a very low population area! New Zealand is famous for its non-commercial beaches and parks.
