Hi All,
2 days ago I tore my Achilles tendon playing on the beach, it looks like I will be in a cast for 6 weeks!
It will be fun going to Brazil in a cast : )
Any healing would be appreciated.
Also the online class is starting up, if anyone else is interested please let me know.

That's a bummer! Sorry to hear it! If you wrap a plastic bag around your foot, you will be able to play on the beach, but it might leave funny tan lines! :>O!
