Hi All,
I just wanted to get back to everyone concerning my email breach.
Just to let most of you know. This was not connected to our All-Love Community.
Your info is very safe here.
Just hide the info you want on your profile.
It only effected those people who are on my AOL mail.
Since last year I have been using Gmail for most of my contacts.
My AOL account has been my spam account and old contacts.
So the good thing was I made contact with lots of old friends!
For those not in the loop an email was sent to everyone in my address book
asking for money to be sent by Western Union.
I was supposedly stuck in London with my Money and Bags stolen.
Just to let people know. I would not send an email like that.
I have many friends all over the world, especially in the countries I travel to.
If I did need help I would just contact my wife or parents until I get a replacement Credit Card
which takes about 24 hours.
I have had my money stolen on two occasions in the last 30 years of travel.
The great thing about it is local people are always there to help. For every thief there are dozen to
help. That is what I have learned.
It was amazing how many friends called or wrote to offer to help me.
I even had the Airport Shuttle bus people call me and ask if they could help!
Out of all the emails sent most called to confirm if it was me and only one person sent money.
I have never met her and she and her husband were both out of work so the money sent
was big for them. I called her immediately and we did a session, then called western union and
all the money was returned.
More than likely they got into my account through an airport email computer I used.
I have my own computer to travel with now so hopefully it wont happen again.
Again a big thanks to all of you, I really feel so blessed to be connected to this community of freinds.
