Dropping into the feeling.
As you sit and feel you can imagine and feel literally and feeling that you have experienced. You can even feel beyond your experiences when you tie it into your fertile imagination. It is your choice to feel happy or sad. Yes circumstances do arrive into our life to help us feel more deeply, but each is totally our choice to accept this gift of feeling or not. If you decide you can feel each feeling as deep as like, either just the surface or deep into the core. Once you decide to judge compare or label the feeling you begin to limit how far to is core you can go. It is through these judgments that keep us only on the surface. In terms of love it’s the judgments that keep us from feeling it fully. This is true with any feeling. The key is not to judge it. Once we judge the mind then moves us away from the feeling and into the safety of the mind.
Safety and protection may seem like a gift that we all need, but that protection is the first step in building a wall that separates us from our feelings and core energy that takes us into the unknown.
The Unknown is where our mind and heart expand to levels of consciousness we can only dream of. In our dreams there are no limitations. Our limitations are only created by our fears to create a safe place.
