Pat has been a teacher of young children and homeschooled her five children. Her music group, Somos el Mar, presents music programs for the community, for the elderly, and for those in healthcare facilities. In addition to music, she is also committed to learning, practicing, and teaching other healing arts. Pat Chen is a practitioner and teacher of self healing arts. She offers holistic healing sessions and instruction, spanning a variety of healing modalities, which embrace the spirit/mind/body connection supporting the individual’s momentum to heal on all levels. Integrated Energy Therapy helps one to release core cellular memory patterns and energy blocks while integrating positive energies, such as love, forgiveness, and safety, bringing in healing on all levels. Theta Healing is a modality where the Theta brain wavestate (high level of meditation) is accessed to facilitate removal of negative beliefs, patterns, and obstacles to living freely and fully, and then introducing positive qualities. Reiki is a gentle healing that raises life force energy, balancing, integrating, and activating the body’s natural multidimensional healing. Pat integrates many styles of Reiki into her sessions, including White Dove, Lightarian, Mariel, Sacred Flame, Violet Flame, Karuna, Shamballa MdH, and Seichim/Sekhem. Emotional Freedom Technique dissipates negative emotions using self-acupressure points and awareness of a disharmony to balance the energy system. Any of the above mentioned healing modalities might be integrated into her sessions, or exist as “stand alone” therapies. Pat is intuitively guided to integrate into the session the type of healing systems that each client seems to need – so each healing is unique and individualized. She is also a practitioner of Bach Flower Essences, which are “gentle, yet profoundly potent in balancing out the body’s subtle energy fields”.

In addition to the above mentioned, Pat can advise and provide instruction in Color Therapy, Self-Acupressure, Thoughtfield Therapy, Sound Healing, Introductory Breathwork, Meditation and other easily accessible self healing arts. Pat’s deepest wish is to support her clients in their journey of self healing, helping them clear the way for them to be all that they can be, in the highest and best way, with grace and ease.

Integrated Energy Therapy safely and gently releases limiting energy patterns of one’s past, empowers and balances one’s present life, and helps one to reach for the stars evolving into the future. “Integrated” denotes a healing vision of “integrating the pain of the present, into the healing power of the past to elicit joy in the future.”. These powerful sessions clear and enhance all levels of one’s 12-strand DNA to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing and to bring greater alignment with one’s divine soul mission on earth.

Theta Healing accesses the Theta wavelength (high frequency brain wave) that connects with the Creative Energy, which moves all things. Beliefs and feelings linked to sickness can instantly shift. Belief and feeling work empower people with the ability to remove and replace negative emotions, feelings and thoughts with positive beneficial ones. Emotional Freedom Technique dissipates negative emotion by balancing the energy system. All negative emotions result from a disruption in the body’s energy system. EFT heals by removing this disruption by balancing the energy system- neutralizing the power that unhealthy belief systems have on us. This is done by awareness of disharmony and simple tapping on acupressure points which can be quickly learned by anyone.

Bach Flower Remedies evolved from Dr. Bach’s belief that the ills of the heart and spirit must be the focus of a healer’s attention. He found a medical connection between feelings and actual physical illness. Dr. Bach developed herbal essences from 38 non poisonous plants. 4-6 remedies are usually in a person’s formula. “Remedies are extremely sophisticated in their action. They are unusually gentle and yet profoundly potent in their effect on balancing out the body’s subtle energy fields. I use them almost exclusively….and get very good results.
